Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Delivery Policy

Delivery timeframes range from 7 to 14 days for simple projects. More complex projects may take longer, and an estimated timeframe will be provided for each project.

Cancellation Policy

Subscription services can be canceled at any time with a 14-day written notice via email to

Failure to provide 14 days' notice may result in automatic subscription renewal. No refunds are issued once payment is made, as the client will have access to services and the CRM system until canceled.

Failure to cancel with less than 14 days' notice will result in a 25% late cancellation charge of the total amount due. (E.g., if canceled on the 13th day or closer to the upcoming renewal date, a 25% late cancellation fee will be applied to the total amount due.)
